This single bar trainer is designed to “quick release” between a Women’s & Men’s rail in seconds while being able to  adjust FAST  from 2’ off the floor all the way to 8’!  It has a very small foot print taking up only 10’ of floor space.

It is extremely solid with unique bayonet designed attachment points, creating, what may be the most useful, versatile, single bar trainer on the market.
