Gymnastics on Demand features hundreds of gymnastics training videos, complete with narration and descriptions that explain the common technique used to learn gymnastics skills. The videos are shown in an intuitive progressive manner, so that you can easily follow along in a step-by-step approach when learning a particular skill. The Gymnastics on Demand Training System includes the following components: - Instructions - A guide that gives suggested tips for using the Gymnastics on Demand system.
- Glossary - Definitions of terms commonly used throughout the narration and descriptive text in the Gymnastics on Demand system.
- Video Player - A Macromedia Flash player used in the Gymnastics on Demand system that allows the user to navigate through events, skill groups and skills to select the desired movie clip.
- Events - A categorization of the gymnastics events that the subscriber can scroll through to eventually select the desired movie clip.
- Groups - A categorization of the gymnastics skills shown on each event that the subscriber can scroll through to eventually select the desired movie clip.
- Skills - A categorization of the gymnastics movie clips shown on each event that the subscriber can scroll through to eventually select the desired movie clip.
- Movies - The movies are narrated video clips of the gymnastics drills and skills, organized into skills, skill groups, and events, from which the subscriber can select to view.
- Descriptions - The narrations on the movie clips are shown in a text format so that the subscriber may read along simultaneously while the video plays.
