It is a positive rebounding mechanism that enhances take off from the baulting surface, allowing vaulters more air time to perfect technique. It is a forgiving take-off which helps reduce overuse stress on joints and musculature. A bouncier substitute for traditional sting mats, the Sweet Spot’s small size makes it easy to use around the gym enhancing stations already set up in your gym. |

The Jr. Sweet Spot is designed to perform all of the functions of the Standard Sweet Spot, plus the extra application of attaching it to the top of a vault board, since it is the same dimensions.
