After you place an order through the online store, we will send an order confirmation via email that will include your estimated delivery date. We will send an additional shipment confirmation that will include your tracking number. Your final email will be your official American Gymnast invoice.

Missing order emails If you're not receiving order confirmation or status emails from American Gymnast, we might not have the right email address for your account on file. Check your email address and update it if needed. If you're still not receiving order emails, your ISP or email software might be blocking American Gymnast's emails, thinking that our email is spam.
Change or cancel your order If you need to change or cancel your order, please call American Gymnast at 1-877-789-2267. You may not be able to make changes to your order if it is already being prepared for shipping.
