How to determine when your order will arrive
When you're shopping at the American Gymnast website, you'll see estimated shipping and delivery information for each product you ordered. For readily available items, we'll give you estimated dates for when you can expect your items to ship from our facility ("Ships By"). For items not readily available, we'll provide estimated ship and delivery timeframes. All our estimates are based on business days and assume that shipping and delivery do not occur on holidays and weekends.

In the emails we send following your order, we'll continue to update you with the most current information regarding the status of your items. You can also visit your Order Status summary for the latest order status information.

Change shipping address
To change the default shipping address on your American Gymnast account, log in to Your account. Changes are applied to future orders only.

Different shipping and billing addresses
For your protection, your bank may delay your order if the shipping address is different from the billing address. To prevent a delay, always provide the correct billing address for your credit card. You can also inform your bank that you are ordering merchandise from the American Gymnast website and having it shipped to an address that does not match your billing address.

Shipping Methods
The American Gymnast website uses a variety of shipping methods to ensure you receive your item(s) when you need them. You may choose from the following shipping methods when checking out online:

Grips, Wrist Supports & Accessories:
  • Ground Shipping - U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (Delivers within approximately 4-5 business days after shipping)
  • 2 Day Shipping - UPS or FedEx (Guaranteed Delivery within 2 business days after shipping)
  • Next Business Day - UPS or FedEx (Guaranteed Delivery in 1 business day after shipping)
  • International Shipping - U.S. Postal Service Global Priority Mail (Delivers within approximately 4-6 business days after shipping)
Training Equipment, Mats & Accessories
  • Ground Shipping - UPS or FedEx (Delivers within approximately 4-5 business days after shipping)
  • 2 Day Shipping - UPS or FedEx (Guaranteed Delivery within 2 business days after shipping)
  • Next Business Day - UPS or FedEx (Guaranteed Delivery in 1 business day after shipping)
Competition & Training Equipment & Mats
  • Motor Freight Shipping - Various Freight Companies (Delivers within approximately 5-7 business days after shipping) *Please download our helpful information below regarding acceptance of motor freight deliveries"
Shipping carriers American Gymnast selects the best shipping carrier to ensure your package delivers on time. Visit Order Status to find the name of your shipping carrier once your package ships.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your order on the American Gymnast website. Shipping information must be entered to calculate appropriate shipping costs before order total can be displayed. These costs are also found on your order email and in your Order Status summary.

Shipping refunds
If you paid for expedited shipping and did not receive your package on time, you may be eligible for a refund on the shipping costs. Please contact us using the form below.

Damage during shipping
You may refuse to accept delivery of any item(s) damaged during shipment. You must note clearly on any receiving ticket from the shipping carrier which item(s) were damaged. If you accept delivery of items and sign for them as "ok," we can not help you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

If any item was damaged during shipping, contact us immediately using the email form below. Please keep all of the packaging materials.
