Defective products If you're having trouble with your new American Gymnast product, please email us using the form below or call American Gymnast at 1-877-789-2267 immediately to report your defective product.
Product warranties All new American Gymnast products, with the exception of grips and wrist supports, carry a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you have a warranty issue, please email American Gymnast using the form below or call 1-877-789-2267.
Damage during shipping You may refuse to accept delivery of any item(s) damaged during shipment. You must note clearly on any receiving ticket from the shipping carrier which item(s) were damaged. If you accept delivery of items and sign for them as "ok," we can not help you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
If any item was damaged during shipping, contact us immediately using the email form below. Please keep all of the packaging materials.
Shipping refunds If you paid for expedited delivery and did not receive your package on-time, you may be eligible for a shipping refund. Please contact Customer Service using the email form at the bottom of the page.
Product returns and refunds If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item for a refund or exchange. Returned or exchanged products must be in new and unused condition. Some manufacturer's equipment sold on the American Gymnast website requires a restocking fee up to 20% of the purchase price.
All grips returned or exchanged must be in new condition and in their complete original packaging. Grips which have been worn, chalked, hung on or used cannot be returned or exchanged. American Gymnast retains the right to make all final decisions in regard to the condition of the grips. There are no restocking fees for returned grips.
