Website sales and refund policies If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item for a refund or exchange. Returned or exchanged products must be in new and unused condition. Some manufacturer's equipment sold on the American Gymnast website requires a restocking fee up to 20% of the purchase price.
All grips returned or exchanged must be in new condition and in their complete original packaging. Grips which have been worn, chalked, hung on or used cannot be returned or exchanged. American Gymnast retains the right to make all final decisions in regard to the condition of the grips. There are no restocking fees for returned grips.
